UAB - Latrobe Terrace, Paddington

This Saturday, The Urban Art Binge hit Latrobe Terrace, Paddington focusing on suburban objects to street/ cityscapes. We warmed up using the technique of drawing using positive and negitive space. In this image I have rendered the background (context) such that the subject is now the negitive space. This is a powerful tool for expressing dramatic contrast between light and dark. By priveliging the void we begin to contextualise the subject. Ps: I love the void. I love white space.
